Thousands of tiny French knots placed side-by-side to create this spirited textured thread painting. Similar to Pointilism in the world of painting, it requires dexterity, vision and patience. Silk and cotton threads blend together in varying strands to fill and define the figure. Embellisments include Czech pressed glass and Venetian beads with 24k gold foil. Miyuki seed beads offer depth and breadth amongst the tiniest of knots.
